Linbo factory has 15+ exprienced engineers including apperance designer，mechanical engineer，electric engineer, process designer, technician etc. who have years of experience in the electric bike industry.

We can offer a wide range of electric bike products, from standard models to customized ones, covering various catagories including city commuting, off-road adventures, cargo utility, road bike and long-distance travel.
We have a mature develop process which comply with each customers requirements throughout the whole process and we can offer different ODM services upon on different development stage acording to customers design capability.
Frame Design
Linbo can provide frame and battery structure design either according to customer drawing or totally by Linbo original design. We will provide most competitive proposal on structure, material and artcraft on the frame and battery tube design upon customers budget, which will consider the quality,ergonomics, assembly craft, durability, after-sales, costs comprehensively from the beginning of the design.
Moulding Process
We will sufficiently discuss with customer on moulding material, costs based on customer request. We can also cooperate in many ways on moulding process with customer. First moulding sample will be detailed evaluated and tested, after which will make mould adjustment accordingly. Then will go on to first batch production.
Specification Customization
We persuit a long term relationship with customers with a sustainable growing, thus from the begining of ebike devlpoment, we will open our choices and supplier chains to our customers so we can select the most suiatble parts based on the marketing positioning and barget of customized products, such as battery capacity, motor brand etc..Sharing advantage of our supplier chain, we can offer the competitive products on quality, price and after sale service.
Prototype Development
After customer confirmed the design, We will make first prototype by CNC and 3D printing. This will make whole sample process within one month, which improves the efficiency. After prototype evaluating and testing, will go to moulding process.
Apperance Design
We have whole series Pantone color and metal painting color YS series to customize frame painting design and sticker desin. We can also support manual or other accessories design such as fender, basket, rack etc...
OEM Service
We have mature quality management system including IQC（Incoming Quality Control），IPQC（In-Process Quality Control）FQC（Final Quality Control），OQC（Out-going Quality Control)， which can ensure a reliable OEM service.
